The resort JASNÁ THE LOW TATRAS is located in the basin Liptovská kotlina in the north of Slovakia, a few kilometres from the Polish border. The main access point from the north is the town of Liptovský Mikuláš with good transport connections with the capital Bratislava in the west and Košice in the east. The town is located on the main railway line No 180 Žilina – Košice. The D1 motorway bypasses the town to the south and the town is located at the junction of the roads  I/18 and II/584. The nearest airports are in Poprad and Žilina. In the town area there are 7 gas stations at driver´s disposal.

To the south of the town there are towns Banská Bystrica and Brezno both offering train and bus connections. From Brezno you will get by bus directly to the boarding point of the resort Jasná - Srdiečko.
